What are the two membership tiers?
Annual Access ($2,500/yr) gives your entire staff platform access -- national prospect database, TRIS Portal Combine, boards, search tools, compliance tracking, and more. Priority Annual Access ($5,500/yr) adds 48-72 hour evaluation turnaround, guaranteed evaluator availability, a dedicated account manager, custom reporting, and early Portal Combine access. Both tiers include invitations to TRIS member events in Atlanta throughout the year.
How do evaluation credits work?
You can purchase as few as 1 evaluation ($900) or as many as 100+ with automatic volume discounts up to 39%. Use the slider on this page to see live pricing for any quantity. Credits are used when you request an on-site field agent evaluation. Credits are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
Why a flat rate instead of regional pricing?
We listened to our clients. A flat rate per evaluation means no confusion about which region a prospect falls in, no surprise charges, and no complexity. $900 per eval (less with bundles) covers everything -- travel, evaluator time, and the full standardized report.
What is the difference between Standard and Priority turnaround?
Standard Annual Access members get evaluations turned around in 7-10 business days. Priority Annual Access members ($5,500/yr) get 48-72 hour turnaround with guaranteed evaluator availability and priority scheduling. Both tiers can request evaluations using their purchased credits.
How long are credits valid?
12 months from the date of purchase. Credits expire after 12 months. This gives you flexibility to buy during the off-season and use during fall recruiting.
What events does TRIS hold in Atlanta?
All TRIS members receive invitations to member events held in Atlanta throughout the year. These events are opportunities to network with other programs, meet TRIS evaluators, and stay up to date on TRIS features and the recruiting landscape.
Can a small program like an FCS school afford TRIS?
Absolutely. The $2,500 annual membership plus 5 evaluations ($4,250) gets an FCS program database access and 5 on-site evaluations with full TRIS Scores for $6,750/year. 10 evaluations is just $10,500 total -- less than a single full-time staff position and far less than sending your own staff on the road.
Is TRIS NCAA-compliant?
Yes. Built from the ground up to be NCAA-aligned and FERPA-safe. Sensitive data is restricted to authorized staff only. All field evaluations follow NCAA observation rules.

Are membership fees and evaluation credits refundable?
No. All annual membership fees and evaluation credit purchases are non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or pro-rated amounts will be issued for partial-year cancellations, unused evaluation credits, or early termination.
