TRIS was created to provide a different path: an independent evaluation infrastructure where every prospect is observed by credentialed evaluators using standardized methodology. Every subscribing program has access to the national prospect database (name, class, position, city/state, school), but evaluations and TRIS Scores are exclusive to the program that purchased them. Your investment stays yours. No exclusive deals. No athlete-facing products.

Independence
TRIS operates independently from athletic programs, athletes, and families. Our evaluations are never influenced by recruiting relationships, financial incentives, or external pressure. Independence is the foundation of everything we deliver.
Transparency
Every evaluation is source-tagged, time-stamped, and traceable back to a credentialed evaluator. Programs see exactly how a score was derived, what was observed, and when. No black boxes, no proprietary algorithms without explanation.
Non-Advocacy
TRIS does not recruit, promote, rank, or advocate for any athlete. We do not contact athletes or families. We do not predict scholarship outcomes. We observe, score, and deliver -- nothing more.
Standardization
Every evaluation follows the same methodology regardless of the athlete, the region, or the evaluator. National calibration panels maintain scoring consistency. Random audits and peer reviews enforce quality at every tier.
Evaluation Ownership
Every subscribing program has access to the same national prospect database. Evaluations and TRIS Scores are exclusive to the program that purchased them -- if Kennesaw State pays for an evaluation, other programs see only the athlete name in the prospect list, not the evaluation or score. Your investment stays yours.
Accountability
Every evaluator is certified, background-checked, and subject to ongoing calibration and audit. Evaluators who fail accuracy standards or violate non-contact policies are suspended or removed. No exceptions.
